Asatsuyu is a variety that is also called natural gyokuro.
Originally, Asatsuyu is a tea plant suitable for Gyokuro. At Ocha no Yamashiro, the morning tea leaves are left uncovered to allow them to receive plenty of early summer sunlight. We also created a deep-steamed finish that requires longer steaming time than usual.
