POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered the insoles and cleats together both size 9.5 and my order confirmation confirms it. Received an insole so big it was bigger than the cleat itself. Have been reaching out on instagram and the website customer service to get the issue fixed and no one is responding. Would give negative stars if I could!!!!
