Sleeve length has always been a bit too long on other shirts. This fits perfect.

Its a nice shirt, but it definitely runs smaller than a standard large. I buy large for every shirt I have and this one is too tight. I actually can't wear it until I lose 10 or 15lbs. I would go a size larger than usual if you order this.
