Ordered after a conversation with customer service, explaining I needed a blade plug with a 1”OD and a specific length. After being told it would fit, I ordered it to discover that the OD was fine but the length was far too short. Luckily, I was able to unscrew it, purchase a polycarbonate tube from Amazon, and make my own one using the crystal and blade plug tip. The crystal is lovely quality, and the plug tip is great. I would still order from them in the future. I would just need to double check.
