Sparked Chain - Bracelet

Horrible experience. I have tried contacting them twice now to make a complaint and have received no response either time. The first issue was that I booked for a specific day and received a confirmed booking, but when I arrived all the way at Chadstone(1hour away from home), they were closed. The second issue was that my bracelet broke only a week after getting it. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing, and unfortunately I would highly not recommend them.
