The Letter Bracelet

Disappointingly poor quality. Purchased for sentimental reasons and broke after 4 days. I have silver jewellery pieces that over 20 years old that are still in like new condition, and others that are less than a year old that go through a thrashing everyday woth no issues. Will not repurchase from them again. Returns policy only offers repairs or store credit. Considering how long it lasted, I do not trust the quality of repair nor am I willing to have credit for any of their other products. Packaging was nice though.
