Hello, I am Zeke Davis and this is the 3rd triangle box that I have purchased and placed on service trucks. My recent purchase was the 36x17 I received the box via UPS and once I got it opened I noticed it had moderate damage to the lid I emailed and reached out to quality craft and once I got them to respond they sent me another brand new 36x17 box via UPS free of charge I could not be more PLEASED in this type of customer service and quality I WILL purchase more of these boxes in the future and will recommend MONTEZUMA over any other brand of field toolboxes Sincerely Z.D.
