Charger arrived in good condition.
LiPo program had counter on 12, so it was tested before shipping is my guess.
Sadly, they moved the CD from the bottom of the package to the top, therefore the CD scratched the screen by the time the unit got in my hands.

Compact, works well
Charger does what it should. Being able to charge and balance 2 x 6S packs as a 12S is nice.

Surprising this small powerful device if you have up to 12s batteries this device is cabable of doing all the charging discharging án balancing that you possible neat, highly recomended.
