I absolutely love my lightiny!! After I ordered, I read some reviews stating this was not an official lightiny, but I can tell you that this looks to be 100% official based on the lightiny itself, the packaging, and the instructions. The box was a little worse for wear and It did take awhile to receive, but I reached out to customer service more than once for a status and they always got back to me really quickly and answered all questions that I had!!! Definitely happy I made the choice to purchase!!! Thank you!
