I cannot emphasize how much I love CincyShirts…you guys have been consistently amazing to work with for years and I will continue to support and recommend your business for years to come. But since you asked about this particular visit…my sister was in town and I was so excited to bring her in to pick up some Bengals gear…we found some great stuff and had a couple of hoodies made there in the store. I’m still leaving 5 stars because, like I said, I LOVE you guys…but I feel compelled to mention the experience we had with the dude behind the counter. Firstly, he was texting at the counter, which I couldn’t care less about, except he acted like we were inconveniencing him by asking questions. On top of that, he was generally short and dismissive throughout our stay with a sour look on his face. His energy was the opposite of warm or welcoming, which is pretty out of character for a CincyShirts employee (in my experience) My sis was really put off and I just kept telling her I’ve never experienced this at any CincyShirts location.
