great for the first hour, screechy on hour 2 +
Instant sweet, soapy, clean smell = lovely. After 1-2 hours, it begins to get screechy with my body chemistry and reminds me of screechy obnoxious Bambini Soap, but slightly less annoying.

Bright and elegant
Contralto has been compared to Byredo Bal D’Afrique - I agree and would add that Contralto has a bit more complexity and better longevity. There's something compelling about Contralto - bright citrus & juniper, white floral, creaminess, and aromatic woods. I didn't get a lot of development, but it's so good right out of the bottle that it wasn't really a problem.
