I'm 5'7 and 150 lb. I have at most 30in waist, and this belt was very tight on the bag. I ordered the M/L, which was the biggest size. So unfortunately I had to return it. I thought about adding an extra hole at the end of it but didn't want to ruin it. I was so bummed because it was such good quality and so cute!!! If you purchase it l, know it runs very small!!
