Haven’t taken it off since I got it, perfect size and does not turn colour when showering. Love it and will purchase again. Only thing I would complain about is shipping takes forever. But I have purchased a bunch and do love everything, so the shipping part Is fine.

Love the Necklace, but poor customer service and shipping

I’ve had my eye on the Sunday cross necklace for months. So when I saw it was restocked and part of the Black Friday sale I was SO excited and had to purchase it right away. I paid for the necklace and shipping (which was standard shipping 7-10 days). A shipping label was created a few days after purchase but that was it. 15 days had passed and the only information on my item was that a shipping label was created. At this time I decided to send an email following up on my order. No response to my email. Finally after 17 days from purchase my item shipped and was received within 1 day. While I’m in love with the necklace, I’m super disappointed in the customer service not even bothering to email me back, and the fact it look almost 3 weeks from purchase for my item to ship. As someone who loves supporting small businesses I have to say this was not a great buying experience.
