Love this product, sometimes shipping isn’t great.
I love this product and use it daily. Sometimes the seal on the new containers isn’t as tight when it arrives and I am left with a couple pads that are dried out and aren’t usable.

Used to be a favorite, quality no longer there
The mandelic 5% pads used to be one of my favorite staples from RFA but unfortunately I don't think I'll be purchasing again. Since the new style of containers was rolled out I've noticed a dip in quality. The stack of pads used to be fully saturated and also easy to rip in half if you didn't need the full pad. This hasn't been the case the past few times I've ordered and they've arrived in the bigger black containers. They are now almost impossible to split in half and the first 1/4 of the pad stack is dried out and unusable.
