Received the Box and was surprised the riser was included., A very nice bonus. Very good quality and the installation was a breeze. I had no problems with the setup and running the machine. Love how it smoothly it transitions between colors. Some people complained about the noise. I see no problems with it, in fact , I like it because it lets me know the filament is loading. 3D printers Depot has been fantastic to deal with and they kept me up to date on the delivery.
