Sales are very helpful when placing an order, have always received assistance with any issues or questions from sales rep. (name withheld) As for customer service, our panel came in with a broken part. No fault to FactoryPure as UPS was sure to be the culprit during shipping. However, without having to return the whole unit the computer board was sent to complete the panel in working condition. We just recently changed over to ordering from FactoryPure due to the quick turnaround with orders and now we know customer service is top notch. On a personal note, I myself have ordered an ultrasonic cleaner for vinyl records from them. It was the follow up email I received to assure all was good that caused me to look into them.
