After walking around the house once to try on the fit, I realized I needed to downside. The strike team denied an EXCHANGE because they cited creases in the shoe (there weren’t). It also took them several days between each email reply. The shoes are okay, but I would strongly recommend consumers steer clear on account of this caliber of customer service.

I wear a standard 11.5 and this shoe runs small. It is very tight and should order up. The return process us complicated and long and the customer is reponsible for shipping costs eventhough it is not mentioned anywhere in their site under teturn process.
