My first order came and was broken during shipping. I contacted Metal Plex through their website and got a response quite quickly. After we found the order that I was talking about they quickly responded and got a replacement sent out very fast and I absolutely love it. It’s perfect for our Master Bathroom and I couldn’t be happier. I LOVE IT!! I am a frequent customer and love the products. They are all over my home❤️

The Mountain metal piece sent to us was reversed so it's back side that was sticked to the wall. This caused the mountain looks like a mirror image the left side and right side were reversed. Not looking good..
