Assembly is ridiculous

Drawers open unevenly and make loud clicks when I open it. There’s no way to get customer service on the phone, they only will email you and that’s not helpful in the moment. But it is very cute and for the price the issues aren’t super surprising. If they had better customer service I would give it 4 stars

NIGHTMARE to assemble, even for two building-experienced adults. After 3 hours of assembly, we reached the last step of attaching the drawers to the sliders but it could not be completed. In fact, the drawer sliders were faulty in 3 different ways: the top drawer opens on an angle, the middle drawer won’t close all the way, and the bottom drawer we could only get one side off the pre-attached mount. After 2+ weeks of emailing customer service with 2 separate “escalations to a manager” nothing has been resolved. This nursery set was ordered 2+ months ahead of my due date and now we’re 2 *weeks* from baby’s arrival and all I have is more stress from an incomplete nursery and a 100 lb pile of garbage in the room. Very disappointed in both the furniture and customer service from Delta.
