The adjustability is easy and takes no time to adjust to fit your driving style. Worth every penny! I paired mine with the ESCO-Insulated 6-Speed Shift Knob and the Shifter cable bushing upgrade and never looked back. If I get another manual Honda, this will be the first purchase I make for the car.
