Absolutely loved this roast! Outstanding quality! The flavors are perfectly balanced (smooth, fresh) with an incredible aroma that fills the room.

My admiration for the Signature Roast is similar to my admiration for cornbread: both staples are distinctive yet adaptable, multifarious yet coherent. When cornbread is served beside a wholesome, savory dish, it seems the perfect complement—but when served for breakfast or dessert, it’s quite capable of speaking for itself. Its particular combination of sweetness and substance can seem downright simple until one considers all of the things it can do as though they’re its sole job. The Signature Roast’s sensible yet nuanced marriage of sweet, nutty, and earthy notes means that it can run the gamut from breakfast to dessert while remaining instantly recognizable—a true signature—the whole way through. And the uncompromising care that seems to be put toward the quality of the product extends to the packaging, each aspect of which honors the coffee itself by its thoughtfulness.
