I have purchased these a few times now, and really wanted to give them a good go before deciding if I just had a bad run or if they did possibly have a few quality issues, and here is what I have found. Unless you are willing to go the extra mile and incorporate a copper shampoo to support the colour, then the upkeep of keeping the colour fresh may not be for you. They fade fast, I recommend using colour Royale 7.4 for a great colour match. Also, the wires, they have been dropping like flies. I did bring this to the companies attention, but the process of sorting out a solution didn’t give me much faith in the trust of the quality of their product, or, instead of a request of my hair care routine and products used despite, being a hairdresser myself, and having been a 20 year lover of extensions, a quick replacement in my next order would have placed more faith in the future quality of the product, but now, I’m left doubting. I’m not sure if I will continue using this particular extension from this store again?, but recommend for anyone that is wanting a cute change up for a month or two
