thick and soft, I don't like baggy fit, so I ordered 1 size smaller

Ordered Black Friday, did not receive item in time for Christmas

I ordered this sweater November 25. It was only delivered the afternoon of December 22, after I had already left that morning to visit family for Christmas. My contacts with Naadam over the previous 2 weeks to try to expedite shipping, change the delivery address, or even cancel the order once it seemed likely it wouldn't arrive in time -- all in vain. I have no idea if the sweater itself is nice, when I get home in January I'll mail it to the person who was supposed to get it for Christmas.

Love my super soft sweaters from Naadam. Thick and georgous! It can be dressed up for a date night or worn with jeans for a casual flare. Its substantial to the touch and fhe color is beautiful! Would highly recommend!! You will mot be disappointed.
