Clasp is inferior for a leather bracelet & medium was too large but small wasn't large enough-wish an actual measurement could've been ordered

Great company, quality product

This bracelet was beautifully made and a quality product. My beau just loved it but I ordered the wrong size, initially. Gifts are Blue made the return process effortless and while the new size was out of stock upon return of the original order, I never had to follow up to check on the status. When they stated they would send the correct size once it was in stock, they did exactly that. Good customer service is priceless. I ended up ordering a different leather bracelet for my brother's bday and he loved it too. These are really versatile and very masculine. Highly recommend!
