Shalanne is the best teacher. I love all of her classes. I will sign up for whatever she teaches. The floor yoga is harder for me, however all the others are great. Maria Raitt is also excellent! Her demeanor is perfect for me, as are the seated classes. Thank you, Marchant Both of these tea
