Great product!

The large fits perfect as I had the medium before. Will purchase a large in the future.

Bad Fit

I ordered the first Back Brace based on your chart and it did not fit. I contacted you and you said order another one and was told not to send incorrect one back. The larger size is a bout 1" longer and with longer straps. The brace is up above my navel by a good bit which to means I am not getting the back support needed. It does not give me the support against my back to strength my posture. to Make matters worse I have paid for 3 back braces and been reimbursed for only one. The incorrect fit wasn't reimbursed until I ordered and paid for the next one which I did but your system lost the order and I had to order and pay again. I have contacted customer support numerous times for reimbursement but they do not get back to me.

Wrong Item sent

I was sent a entirely different item than I paid for. I mailed it back with the order of the correct item. They keep asking for a picture of the item I ordered. They have it and the wrong item.
