INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED!

I am so disappointed with The Harvard Shop. Initially, I ordered a Size XL black sweatshirt with Harvard on the front in red, plus a keychain. This, unfortunately, is not what I received 2. 5 weeks later. Instead, I received a burgandy baby onesie. The shipping address on the package was correct (mine), but the shipping note inside the package was completely different and meant for another customer. I have been attempting all week trying to reach someone at The Harvard Shop to try and rectify my order. So far, no response from them. I advise caution when shopping with THS. Their customer service is sorely lacking.
