The shoes that I bought was well made. Quality is definitely seen in the shoes. It is also accompanied with a Shoe Horn with guides to take care of the shoes. Packaging was sturdy and I received it undamaged. I requested to return the shoes because it the sizing was larger than I anticipated. The return process was smooth and instructions were clear. This exquisite Centenario Walnut Chelsea boots is the best purchase I had in ages. The colour is uniquely handpainted offering a touch of elegance & mysterious masculine appeal. It is comfortable & I do not suffer from painful aches or dreaded blisters (flat feet) even after extended wear. I simply regret not discovering Ardeal Teal earlier. It has upped my non existent fashion sense, at times disaster, to a respectable position now. Special thanks to Mabir for providing such genuine, professional and personalized advice.
