James certainly has a way with words and his review of these needles convinced me I needed them - and having bought one set to try I found that I did! My hands are beginning to object after 66 years of knitting (Mum started me off at the age of four). Would never have believed that square needles would place less strain on the hands and wrists, but they do. And my knitting definitely looks more even too. Am totally converted and have just ordered more. Thank you James, you were right!
