Pinky Promise Ring

Beautiful and exactly as described! I bought as a gift for my daughter and I know she will love it. Packaging was adorable as well, with a handwritten note from seller. Seller was immediately responsive when I had a sizing issue (my fault). Yay for small shops on Etsy!

The rings came in polished, and the pinky promise underneath the band is still legible for being a smaller ring. I personally paid for fast shipping, but it wasn’t that expensive and the product honestly got to me way sooner than I expected. The customer service is out of this world! I would definitely come back and get other personalized pieces from them.

The product was perfect. I received a very cute box with a handwritten note that was personalized for my order. Prior to ordering, the company was very timely with their communication and if I had any questions, they answered almost within the day. I even had to exchange a ring for a smaller size and they walked it through with me step-by-step. They also made sure that I still got the same price because I had used a discount code to purchase the initial order. We’ll see how the rings wear but so far 12/10 service!
