Love the Filets!

This steak is so tasty! I’ve been so disappointed in the fillets from grocery store and in-store butcher shops that I haven’t bought filet for years. However, with the consistent quality and great service I get from Beck’s, I decided to try again. Oh my gosh! I’m so glad I did! they were soooo tender and flavorful. I am absolutely thrilled! Back in the day I was a journeyman meat cutter and I can tell you with high confidence these cuts are premium. Thank you, Becks!

Surprise in a bite

Let me just start saying "We Love Beck Ranch" and all meats thereof. However, this last batch of smaller filets were tad disappointing. Must've been an angry spot in the cut. Hope for smoother and same as usual decadent bites in the future.
