HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a size small for an event and they sent me an extra small. When I emailed them with photos, after several days they replied that I would have to go to the post office to return it for a refund and that they no longer had size small in stock so could not exchange it. I replied and asked if it would be restocked they did not respond. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I sent a follow up email yesterday with no reply. I work during the operating hours of postal offices so now have to take time off work to correct this companys mistake in sending me the wrong size. There was no effort to restock the item, refund me, or provide a discount for another item. This was their mistake and now as the customer I have to correct it by taking time off of work to ship it back and find another dress for my event with short notice. And their only email back sounded like a robot wrote it…. I will never order from this company due to their lack of care for their customer.
