Blood Orange & Grapefruit Everything Wash

Can't live without it!

When I first found this store in Banff, I treated myself to one item. But, I couldn't stop thinking about it and decided to order more online! I love the scent of the hand soap...so refreshing!

Excellent Products and Customer Service

I recently ordered the Blood Orange and Grapefruit Everything Wash and the Evergreen Bottle. The wash is lovely, but I initially had a problem with the bottle. When I pressed the plunger, soap would ooze out of the top of the dispenser. I emailed the company and could not believe the customer service that I received. My initial email was answered almost immediately, with an offer to send me not one, but two replacement pumps, as well as a bottle of the wash to make up for any wasted through the leaking. The only request was that I send a picture of the pump so that they could figure out the problem. I had the replacement pumps and wash within a few days and can only say that this company goes way above the norm in customer service as well as in the quality of their products. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

I’m very picky about scents, but I love this one so much. I also love the squeaky clean feeling after rinsing it off. My new favourite!
