Poor Communication

After several days of scouring their site for clear information on measurements to add or not to add extra inches for velcro around all the borders, calling to ask but unable to understand anything that was said on the phone, no working chat function on their site to circumvent the previous issue, no way to email them until after the order was placed and then only to figure out a week later that all their proof responses after the initial one were caught up in my office's quarantined spam filter, apparently it's all my fault I didn't talk to them to find out I did need to add the extra 3" on all sides so our speaker grills were too small to be used. After several, slow, back-and-forth emails with a salesperson, (another attempt at calling resulted in the same issue as the first time and they said the salesperson was... idk, I couldn't understand whoever answered the phone again), all they were willing to do was offer a 20% discount for me to reorder. At the price, totally not worth all this! Will never do business with them again!
