Tour Flex - Ultra Comfy Golf Pants

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! These are the worst quality and ill fitting pants I have ever had the misfortune of buying. The quality is absolutely terrible, and the style is not what is pictured on the site. 19th Lab Golf have structured their refund/exchange policy to dissuade buyers from taking any action to return products. Communication with the company is difficult and they finally ignored my communication after I figured out their return process would cost me just as much as the purchase. The clothing from this company is of such cheap quality and make, it is not worth the cost.

The fit wasn’t good, tried to return for a full refund within the 30 day window as per the company’s policy but they only offered me a refund for less than the price of one pair of pants when I bought 4 pairs. Very very poor customer service. The company doesn’t even respect their own policies. I will not recommend 19th Tour Flex Golf.

I was ripped off! Buy 1 get second pair free! When mine arrived there was only one pair and when i contacted the supplier they said i only ordered one pair so nothing tgey could do. Throughout the order process i had a great deal of issues trying to secure publushed discounts. I had multiple pairs in my cart but seems when I purchased one pair disappeared so only one pair was on the order. Not at all happy having to pay effectively diuble what i thought i was getting.
