I have written to you SEVERAL times that one spoon was missing from the lot which I purchased but you have chosen to IGNORE me. I am VERY disappointed in your company. You were also supposed to send me 4 free tall tumblers as a complimentary gesture of goodwill. You have kept quiet. This speaks bundles. I had also explained very clearly that the design is nowhere near perfect but once again you have ignored me.
