Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan 30 cm

Fantastic design and easy to clean, but mind the outer paint

I have been using the Always Pan for a few months now and absolutely love the design. The built-in spoon rest on the handle is a very clever feature, and the color and smooth interior coating are beautiful. It cooks wonderfully; while eggs can occasionally stick a little bit, the residue is very easy to remove. Since I mostly cook other types of food in it, it isn't a major issue for me, especially because the pan is so wonderfully spacious. Despite being super careful while using and cleaning it, it has started to get a few minor chips from normal, everyday wear and tear. It is a bit of a shame, and I think it would be amazing if the company offered a small touch-up paint pen to help keep the exterior looking pristine for longer. That being said, cleaning the pan is an absolute dream. I truly love using it!"

Not as non-stick as the hype

A lovely pan; lightweight and looks great. Only grievance is the non-stick isn’t that great, particularly with tofu. Now there’s a patch that bits keep getting stuck to. Cleans off ok but expected better for the price and all the hype.
