Ground Green Beef Tripe-2 LB.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not 1 is because of their willingness to replace the first order. I ordered once and got ZERO emails or anything that the ordered was packed, shipped, or delivered. People were checking in on my pets and I did not have them check the delivery box. Came home to warm, melted and stinky meat. They tried arguing at first that they send update emails, even though I received none so they took no blame for their computer email system or whatever. But obliged in replacing the order (me still having to pay shipping) which they did not make me aware of btw LOL. Just got the replaced order in (oh and I actually received email updates this time around, interestingly.) They include no ice packs, dry ice, nothing. Just a insulated box. I actually was home today and got it right from the fedex driver himself. Unboxed immediately, and everything was of course thawed out and barely cold. I have NEVER had any issues with any raw food company besides this one.

I never received my dogs food. I really wish MPC didn’t use FedEx. I got my money back, but thats not the point.
