Maple Jerky - 1 lb. Bag

The jerky is really good, breaks down as you chew perfectly. My only complaint is that you cannot taste a drop of maple in it at all. I had my wife try it and then a couple of my friends as well. They all agreed there's no taste or hint or anything of maple. But it is good jerky that's why I'm still giving it four stars. Just not the maple flavoring that I would loved.

Good flavor, but this last batch was too lean. A little fat makes it more tender.

Probably the most tender jerky I've ever had. Delicious.
