I really enjoyed this packer it’s great and looks amazing super natural I wanted something smaller then what I had and this was perfect so I would totally recommend it also it’s great for all sizes of body’s as it looks extremely natural also u can wear it with regular briefs as it has a flat back so it goes nicely on the skin if your worried about it falling I would just get your underwear a size smaller
