Ordered the wrong pool filter and called customer service. A winter chill had just hit the area where the factory is located but a dedicated employee took my call even though he indicated he had frozen pipes at his home. He found the correct filter for me, and issued a return label for the first filter. No charge shipping back and shipping charge on the new filter. Refund issued upon receipt of the first filter.
