I originally gave a one star review due to not receiving my order after paying for express delivery. My review quickly received a reply asking for me to contact them directed. I emailed grippy socks and Arun was quick to reply. He explained that it was sent at his end, but my Evri status was at ‘awaiting for your parcel’. Arun resent my order which I received a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised that my parcel contained a freebie of a grippy sports bottle, which my daughter was over the moon with. So thank you Arun. I didn’t get my express delivery refunded but I was happy it was resolved quickly and I could give my daughter a late birthday present
