Roberto Duran Retro White Muscle Tee

Ordered small. Size chart indicated a 25” length. The length is closer to 28 or 29. That’s after washing it to try to see if it will shrink. I’m only 5’3” so the length discrepancy for me is significant. The “small” should be labeled as a medium. I’m very unhappy.
