Dishonest and irresponsible

They sent me the wrong size, and after confirming my replacement would arrive before Eid, I returned the item at my own expense ($25 shipping). They then issued a refund without reimbursing my return costs, left me without what I needed for Eid, and have since ignored my emails entirely. I trusted this business enough to buy from them — the issue is what happens when something goes wrong. Once they have their goods back, you're on your own. Shop here hoping you never encounter an error, because if you do, don't expect any help.
