Custom 100-Card cEDH MTG Proxy Deck +8 Bonus Cards

I was told my order would ship 10 days after they printed it. They emailed me and told me one of the decks could not be printed and they needed a different link. Then for 3 weeks I didn't receive any further correspondence. I had to get PayPal involved to finally get shipping information. Still no response from the seller. I finally after a month got the cards and half of them are completely wrong. There are two decks here that I simply did not order, they're not mine and I have never seen them before in my entire life until now. I ordered a Crystal, Inhuman Princess deck which I got for the most part, I got a Songbird deck which I ordered, then in our email correspondence I explained the deck that needed a new link was Super Skrull and they even acknowledged one of the decks was supposed to be Nick Fury NBC (No Bad Cards), they knew which decks I was supposed to get and after all of this I am entirely disappointed and beyond frustrated.
