Sleeping through the night

I bought these for my husband who wakes up frequently at night and has trouble getting back to sleep. Have used OTC medications, but they leave him drowsy. He has been using the Relax gummies nightly and is sleeping through the night and wakes up relaxed and clear headed. They're great.
