CPCA Boys Navy Pant (K-8TH)

These pants do not fit and when I called to speak to someone about doing a return the lady let me know that the sizes they have are not the same as sizes in the store, which I found odd since I thought 30 inch would be 30 inch regardless and in order for me to return them, I have to pay shipping to return them and re-order another three pairs and pay shipping a third time and also be out the money and wait for a refund.
