My straightener came it has marks all over the steam unit, it looks second had the packaging is beautiful but the marks on the steam unit is disgusting. So I haven’t used it because it looks used, its on sale it didnt say second hand.

Best product I ever bought

Just love it. Struggled with my hair that was so frizzy here in qld. And I straightened my hair with steam styler, and even went to the beach and my hair didn't frizz at all. Very impressed
