I am very happy with the quality and delivery time but the clamp that was included was actually to small for the dropping funnel .

Great quality equipment, and great customer service as well! I was originally sent a different base than was described in the bundle I purchased -- initially received one that didn't have the rubber feet/bumpers on the retort base which are nice to prevent sliding off a table/counter and prevent chips/dings depending the surface you're putting it on too. I sent a quick note to support at hBARSCI and they had the correct base shipped out immediately afterward getting my message. Quick response time as well. Will definitely be back for any future equipment needs!
