I like all cotton socks. I am allergic to wool and polyester socks make my feet sweat and itch. These Wigwams are the highest cotton content crew socks I can find. (91% cotton. ) They are super thick heavy duty socks. Beware! ....they are thicker than even the thickest socks I've worn in ski boots. I am trying these in my hiking boots. I think the extra thickness will help cushion my girly man bony feet. These socks are not for everyone but for those applications like winter boots, hikers, even wearing around the house like slipper socks they will impress. I like that I can get a 3 pack from go bros and shipping was FREE. I will most likely buy another 3 pairs for christmas as a gift .
